There are less than 200 Malayan Tigers left in our jungles!!!!!

A Petition with 121,000 signatures presented today at Parliament to Minister YB Dr. Xavier Kumar, Minister for Land Water and Natural Resources to get the Malaysian government to deploy 2,000 army personnel to patrol our jungles against poachers. Poaching of tigers is rampant and have resulted in those numbers plummeting. The demand from China and Indochina is insatiable. It appears the army are not yet on board but the police are! May this be the start of effective policing if our jungles and the protection of our magnificent wildlife.
